Stressing inhibits the production of oxytocin (the hormone that starts labor) and works against you. The best thing you could do is relax, have a nice dinner, cuddle up with your partner, watch a movie, take a warm bath, have sex and get some sleep. As soon as your stress hormones clear out, labor will begin.
