Oversleeping?? Help!

I've had insomnia issues for a while now so nights are dreaded. I can usually fall asleep just fine but will wake up after a few hours and just not be able to go back to sleep and then when I finally do its not restful sleep, I just toss and turn until my husband leaves for work. So then I end up sleeping pretty much the whole day away and I don't feel productive at all. I'm afraid that I'm sleeping too much during the day and it's going to bite me later when the baby is born. I've never been one for caffeine unless it was an herbal tea but does anyone have any good energy boosting recommendations? Other than working out I'm hoping I get off of bedrest tomorrow and that being more active around home and in general will help some but I doubt I'll be allowed to do any kind of workout routine still. But any other recommendations to keep myself awake and rolling during the day would be appreciated!

With my first child I slept 18hours a day. I'm not exaggerating my friends and bd all knew I was sleeping all day. We called it hibernation lol
Now second time around I only sleep about 5hrs a day, insomnia as well as not feeling tired this time around.
Enjoy as much sleep as you can get. If you still can't sleep good then good for a long walk if you can so that'll get you tired at night
