Its possible you have a kidney infection because back labor is when you have a contraction and it starts from your stomach and goes to your hips and back. Constant back pain is never a good sign

It's possible baby is just putting a lot of pressure on your back in the position they are in. I would try getting on your hands and knees, you can even elevate your knees so your sloped down. So like your knees up on the couch and then your arms/gear on the floor on a blanket or something. It should move baby off where they are applying pressure. Also try a warm bath or shower. If the stretches and the bath do nothing then call into your doctor. I would hold the stretch for as long as you can, and repeat it a couple times (unless obviously it cause more pain). Hope this helps.

I would count the contractions for an hour if they come consistently then go to labor and delivery. If they don't I would give it more time. Try walking, laying on your left side, and a warm bath. If they are still coming after all that. I would call your doc
