PCOS, Acne and Pregnancy

I have policystic ovarian syndrom and as a result of this, acne. I'm now 14 weeks pregnant and my acne is worse than ever. Some dermatologists told me there's a chance that pregnancy might help me with my acne but until now it's only getting worse. Did you have these kind of problems?  Or do you?

I stopped using acne products when I found out I was pregnant.  Now I use only a natural face wash and hot water.  I will have a cosmetic treatment in a few days to help a bit my pores.

I would say wash your face 3 times a day with face wash. Also use alcohol to dry the bumps up after every wash.!!!! This really seem to help me with body and face bumps :)

I struggle with acne as well. But I have 100% STOPPED using face wash, I'm only using hot water with a wash cloth. Surprisingly my skin has never been better! All those chemicals will only irritated your skin NO MATTER what, even if they work at first eventually they will end up bringing acne back. So my suggestion is HOT WATER ONLY.

I really hope fot it to calm down because I'm at the point where my face hurts :( and I'm struggling to focus on my pregnancy and not my acne.
