PLEASE HELP!

Is seasoning safe during pregnancy?

Your prenatal vitamins should have iodine, check the label. And kfc wont hurt you, but I wouldnt make it a habit to eat fast food while pregnant. Not a lot of nutritional value there.

Salt contains iodine which you need for proper brain development so salt is actualy good for you during pregnancy just eat salt in moderation dont overdo it cuz you can get swollen.

I avoid cooking with seasoning that has salt in it, too much salt during pregnancy can cause you to retain too much water. Or even worse cause high blood pressure and lead to preclampsia. Seasoning is ok because not all seasoning contains salt, but salt in general should be consumed moderately.

Your worried about some spices on your food but your eating kfc?!?! Unless your allergic to the spices then your fine obviously but your chose in food needs to change.

@loveyou4ever11 second that! Seriously, think about what you are asking/saying before you ask it. I'm not being rude here but at some point common sense has to tell you its OK.
It would be like asking if its OK to drink ice water or if that will cause a miscarriage.
There is absolutely no way things like Cinnamon, or Pepper will hurt your baby...just think about it

Yeah is because I came to KFC & put some potatoes wedges & it had seasoning
