Painful after sex...

So now everytime my husband and I have sex my vagina starts to hurt really bad. Tonight I'm sitting on ice. Have any other ladies had this?

I sat with an ice pack on my lady parts last night... I called the doctor today and a nurse said I should avoid having sex (I've also been having intermittent contractions). She said it shouldn't be painful so I'm not sure.

This might be TMI but I find it helps if he doesn't finish inside! I become so sore afterwards if he does but find it so much better when he finishes outside either with tissues or just on my tummy etc

It could be the increased bloodflow to the veins down there. Bloodflow down there is already way more with pregnancy but I could see how sex could increase the pressure to the point that it would hurt but I would still talk to your doctor about it
