SPD is pelvic and hip pain in my first pregnancy I had a job the walk even just to go up stairs I started getting SPD from about 7 months with my last pregnancy but this pregnancy I have had it from the start which I may end up on cruches or even in a wheelchair just in till this pregnancy is over

It sounds like your pelvis is geting ready for giving birth. The bone is starting to soften,I suffer from the same  symptoms and I spoke to my midwife and she said it's completely normal. If your finding it hard to walk or lie down wear a bump band or supportive tights and do gentle pelvic exercise. If you are in a lot of pain speak to your midwife or doctor.
