I try distracting my self but find it really hard I pray for it to ease... it's more then just pregnancy feelings. It's the fact I feel my Bf doesn't want to be with me
Distraction. I have lived with sever anxiety and depression since I was 8, and all that I have learned over the years with cognitive therapy is helping me recognize and control my hormonal feelings. Recognize of you are anxious, depressed, irritable, etc. Then tell your self to keep a positive mind and I usually will pray too. Then you have to distract yourself. Distraction doesnt always work but its better than only focusing on the problem.
