Persistent Cramps

I feel like I keep posting about this but it's rather painful. I found out I have a UTI on Monday and since I've been on antibiotics it's started feelinf better. Until about 30 min ago I felt fine, now I'm having menstrual like cramping and lower back pain. I feel nauseous and the only thing I've been able to stomach is water and a few pieces of watermelon. What should I do?  Or what could this mean?

I'm going into my doctor in an hour and they're gonna check foe dilation. I've been good about taking my antibiotics and drinking lots of water. I'm 35+6 so hopefully everything is still okay. I had one contraction a little bit ago that hurt so bad. I just want to know what's going on!

i had a infection , not a uti and it caused me to have contractions 3-4 mins apart . i was admitted to L&D to keep on eye on things .. make sure you don't skip your antibiotics and try keeping a scheduled time . I had it for a week /: no fun. . if your cramping gets close go in , cause i was told it can set you into premature labor . i was 32 weeks , so they definitely wanted to make sure i wasn't dilating and all that . good luck momma its noo fun ):
