Now when I brush my teeth & spit the toothpaste out of my mouth, there's blood I think my gums are bleeding. & I also have a cavity. Do I need to call my health care provider to send me to a dentist?
Well i just watched a video that stated sensitive teeth and gums are common in your second trimester. But you might wanna see about the cavity if its really bothering you but i doubt you can get it filled right now
Bleeding sensitive gums is common during pregnancy. You have more blood volume and your tissues can swell. Same reason nose bleeds are common and congestion. You should get the cavity looked at, but I'm not sure what they can do if an X ray is needed since you can't have X rays while pregnant.
