Please Help

Is it bad washing your dishes mixed with soup & bleach. That's how my parents always done it but now that I'm pregnant, I get worried about the clorox. Is it something I should worry about?

And no using things cleaned in bleach is perfectly safe. I use bleach to clean both my house and office at the birthing center.

Chlorine will not hurt the baby as long as you are in a well ventilated area when using. Most hospitals use chlorine to kill bacteria. It can be toxic if mixed with certain other chemicals so read the labels before mixing.

Look on the back of your liquid soap bottle.  Mine says do not add chlorine bleach because the combination creates toxic fumes.

Does yours say that?
