This all basically started after a very stressful day a few days ago. I went to the docter he said i have tense muscles and should do some physcial therapy to strengthen my neck muscles.
Yes...bright lights and constantly reading, i think its just eye strain. Are you feeling stressed? Stress can cause ur muscles to get tensed. Ask ur husband to give u a neck massage or rub on some Vicks Vaporub to ease the pain...

I had a lot of headaches in the first trimester. I even had a couple of migraines, which I haven't had in years. Some of the headaches involved eye pain. It would make my eyes water. Looking at your phone for long periods can cause neck issues. It takes away the natural curvature of your neck. Try holding it up at eye level, instead of looking down.
