Postpartum - anyone else?

So I just had my baby last Friday. Ever since my husband and I came home I cry all the time. I'm not depressed, but it just doesn't take much for the tears to start flowing. Has anyone else experienced this or experiencing it? I feel crazy. I didn't have crazy hormones throughout my pregnancy so I just don't understand what's going on.

Your body's hormones are still extra crazy after giving birth it's almost like experience menopause

Yes.  That's "baby blues" and almost everyone has it.  I never had crazy hormones in pregnancy either,  but baby blues made me cry for no reason the first couple weeks after birth.

You're ok.  ;D

Definitely hormones! I spent one or twoo months like that after delivering my baby. Just bear in mind it will pass!

So if you had crazy hormones during pregnancy is it more likely to have baby blues? Because sometimes I just cry out of nowhere or feel sad for no reason haha. My hormones are crazy to control sometimes. I hope you feel better though, and it goes away soon! Congratulations on your newborn baby ftmmay2015

Thanks everyone. I know it's hormones. I'm just tired of crying. It's probably a lack of combination, anxiety and a million other things. When I can't get our baby to calm down I just cry. I know my husband is probably like geez woman. Hopefully the postpartum blues only stay a couple weeks

I honestly think it's from the extreme lack of sleep and anxiety since this is our first baby. Breastfeeding alone is enough to wear you out. Still trying to enjoy every moment though because I know it will go by fast.
