Pre Natal Vitamins

I take the generic Materna vitamin... while taking it i noticed that i would get so sick! It didnt matter if i took it before, after during eating, broke it in half and took it twice a day or took it before bed. I would just get so nauseated and feel aweful, i havent taken it for a few days now and have not been as nauseated as when i was taking it. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there other ways like a liquid vitamin at a health food store perhaps?

I take rainbowlight prenatal vitamins.  They dont make me sick but idk if u will. There are also gummie vitamins from a brand called vitafusion

There are tons of prenatal vitamins out there. You will have to try a new one and see how it goes. They are super important to take daily along with some extra folic acid. My doctor has prescribed Neevo DHA which are thought to be gentle on your tummy. I've done really well on them. I hope you can find something that doesn't bother you to take.
