You need to talk to your boss. Tell them that you need to start slowing down and your body is not able to take it anymore. I'm 25+1 and just had to do the same thing. I work as a receptionist/assistant at a hair salon and needed to cut back on my assisting duties. Being on my feet for an 8hr shift and all the bending down And lifting was becoming too much for me. Just listen to your body and do what is best for you. If you overdue it, it could hurt you in the end. My Dr threatened to put me on bed rest if I don't slow down
I am always pooped...luckily I work 12 hour shifts so I only have to work 3 days a week but even that is exhausting...I think no matter what we do we will be beat from being on our feet.
If you need rest then absolutely! Don't over do your self. Taking some time to recover will be best for you and baby.
