Whats a good alternative or substitute for prenatal vitamins???

Prenatals gave me horrible head aches. My mid wife recommended 2 gummie flinestones daily one in the morning one at night. They are yummy!!

For me gummy vitamins are the way to go. I don't do well with pills.Cvs and Ride-Aide have great sells. sometimes buy one get one free.

if you aren't going to take prenatals I would definitely suggest that you take frolic acid and at least a multi vitamin. frolic acid is very important during pregnancy. lack if frolic acid can lead to miscarriage.

At least a regular  multivitamin. If they are making you sick try the gummy version.  But your baby really needs the vitamins mama so don't skip out. Mine are only 13$ a bottle so not too bad.

Children's Flintstone chewable. The majority of Gummy vitamins don't have iron so avoid those.

A perfect diet... lol

Im not sure my pre natals were ridiculously expensive like $60 for 3 months.... and my box is still full i always forget to take them.
But my bloodwork said i need iron so i take that separately.  
I would buy a cheaper brand next time.
