How did your husbands/fiances propse?!
I love hearing stories! Lol I pretty much ruined mine, well he was way to anxious and made his entire plan extremely obvious and I figured it out. I caught him looking at rings while I went to the bathroom at the mall. Then one day he called me on his break from work and I could tell he was in the car,  I asked where he was going and he said some errands he had to run, I said like what? And he said don't worry about it. Very Un Like him.. so I figured he was going to go buy the ring! Which at this point I had already found the Zales business card, with model # and price and everything! So then another day he told me he wanted to get pictures done together and asked me to schedule them for that weekend.. again it clicked to me why would he randomly want to get professional pictures done? Lol so I start calling my friends telling them what I had figured out and that I thought I was going to be engaged by the weekend, we'll I made the mistake of telling my mom and she was so mad because she already knew and was mad that I figured it out because she really wanted him to surprise me so she told him I had it all figured out! So that night he came home and said well I know you know, so I might as well just give it to you, and got on his knee and asked if I would marry him!!

We had actually picked out the ring together on my birthday when we went to visit my dad. After we got home he kept it on display in his room to tease me everytime I came over. He had been on orders and gone for a month so when he came home I went to spend the weekend with him. I went to the bathroom while he took off his acu's (camo uniform). When I came out he was in bed and asked me to grab his phone out of his acu pocket.  I saw his phone next to him but didnt think anything of it with my back to him I pulled the ring box out of his pocket it laughing and said no. Your supposed to be on your knee to ask. He told me to turn around and he was on his knee on the bed.

I drove with my then-bf to Washington D.C. to help him get settled before starting an internship. The day before I flew home we went to the museum of natural history. He suggested we check out the Hope Diamond exhibit. After we walked through the whole exhibit he stopped me and said, "There's one more diamond I wanted to show you. (Pulled out the ring) I thought about stealing the Hope Diamond for you...but... I need to start work, so, will you marry me?"

I said yes and a family from Jersey applauded and took our picture. :)

My husband had set up a portrait session at JCPenny. We got all dressed up and made it there on time. The photographer first had us (me, my husband &then 5yr old daughter) take family portraits, then me and my daughter, then her and him then it was our turn just him& I. He was standing behind me for the first pose then she told us to pose another way but when I turned around he was on one knee. I thought it was a joke but his face was so serious. The photographer captured every face, every tear, &every Moment. So I said yes and we've been married for 2yrs 8months.

Aww all of these stories are so cute.  

I came home from work and my husband had the day off that day so I asked him if he could please do the dishes.  So anyway got home and of course he didn't do them so I was b itchin at him lol but I couldn't find him anywhere. So I went downstairs and there he was on one knee with a bunch of candles lit and rose pedals everywhere. Aww I wasn't expecting it all.. Starting crying and of course said yes! I thought it was adorable. And then I felt bad for complaining about the dishes lol.

my fiance and i have been trying to have a baby since last year. i took a test and it came out positive. went to er cause i was having pains, turns out it was just a cyst. he was so upset that i thought he was gonna hate me. we went to his grandmother's that night and he asked me to marry him in front of his family. i was completely surprised, because he always told me he would never get married. he said he did it because he wanted to prove just how much he loved me and if we could make it through that, we could make it through anything.

I asked my husband to marry me. We were in high school, seniors, and had been together two and a half months. We were both set to go to different colleges and that wouldn't have worked well. I had bought him a ring and everything. Sent him a text in second period asking. I was in a directed studies class working with infants and he was in spanish. We were living together less than four months later and married five months after that. Our seven year anniversary is two weeks before our first baby will be here.

I knew, had picked the ring and everything and knew exactly when and where it was going to happen or so I thought. On the evening before our planned meal out we were on our way round to a friends and he just couldnt wait any longer...so down on his knee he went in the middle of the road(quiet street, no cars) As for the ring the one I chose was faulty and his mum found an antique dutch ring that was in the family, and it fitted perfectly!! Never been so proud! Lol xx

We went to look at rings one time and I fell in love with the one specific one that wasn't physically in the store. He said well I know u like this one but let's keep looking, I want to take u somewhere else. Weeks later he took me to crater lake in Oregon! (Goigle it, its beautiful) One of the most beautiful places I've ever been to. It was all covered with snow but very sunny and nice. We were walking to the edge and he stopped and said " hey its a little chili, let me grab some gloves for both of us". I said "ok" and kept walking. As I looked over the edge I was in shock of how incredible it was. He then handed me the gloves, as I was putting it on, in the whole of the ring finger, I felt something. I was like "what the hell", I took it out and there it was. The ring of my dreams!! I turn around to him and he was on his knees (in the snow) asking me to marry him. He forgot what he was going to say lol so I just laughed and kissed him and said "yes of course!!!". It was the most amazing day of my life (besides my wedding).

He took me ice skating and fell down and as he was getting up he asked me. It was the day after my birthday also the day before I had all 4 wisdom teeth out. He spent the week at my parents house with me because my dad also had a stomach bug that week also. And I slept for 3 days. But it was awesome.  2 years and expecting our first!

We were decorating the Christmas tree with his family and suddenly we were the only two there (everyone else left the room) and he had my ring tied onto an angel ornament which he handed me to hang on the tree. I saw it sparkle in the tree lights and when I turned around he was down on one knee. I burst into tears and fell on top of him. It was so sweet and simple and perfect..
He then got annoyed when a couple weeks later he saw a similar proposal on a Kay jewelers commercial and said they stole his idea. Hehe

My fiance asked may 7th. We were in the parking lot of the gas station his mom worked at. The ring was sitting in the box on the dash in frknt of me, i didnt even notice it the whole time. When i finally did find it he grabbed it and asked me. And i said yes(: his origjnal plan was a lot cuter but im just happy i get to spend the rest of my life with him♡

My hubby proposed on December 28th at a family bbq with my great great grandmas ring in an empty dip can, very redneck and i wouldn't have wanted it any other way.

My now husband proposed to me the day before his birthday. We went away to the lakes district to go walking, and we went up a hill called Little Dodd (near Skiddow). We was walking up and i think we managed to gett all 4 seasons in the space of an hour of, (Wasn't very happy). But managed to get to the top, it was very cold and windy, so i turned away so the wind wasn't blowing in my face, he then came up behind me and grabbed my hand and got down on 1 knee and proposed i was crying with excitement but dont think you could tell as it was way to cold. :-)
Spent a year an a half planning our perfect day and wouldn't have changed a thing :-) xx

Haha I always dreamed of some huge, extravagant, public proposal.. but my fiance is pretty shy so I knew that was out the window, I'm surprised he was even willing to do it in front of photographers lol but it was still an extremely happy moment! I didn't sleep at all that night and just stared at my ring. Now my fingers are to swollen to wear it lol

My fiance and I have been asking the other if we could see each other getting married for a while.  But how he proposed to me was like the one scene from the big bang theory when Leonard asked Penny to marry him after they had sex. It wasn't romantic but it was my fiance's way of being romantic.
