• Early term: Between 37 weeks 0 days and 38 weeks, six days
• Full term: Between 39 weeks and 40 weeks, six days
• Late term: Between 41 weeks and 41 weeks, six days
• Post term: 42 weeks and beyond

It is still considered safe for your baby to be born sometime during your 37 wks, they won't stop your labor if you do. But starting next year they will officially change the full term 37 to 39. Studies have shown the baby's brain is more developed at wk 39.

Hope this helps.

No it's from 37weeks to 41weeks that's is full term. Anytime in between then it's the safest! But if by chance someone does go into premature Labour they have facilities to look after the the baby and he or she will be looked after in nicu department

You are now only considered full term when you reach 39 weeks.
