I am a seasoned massage therapist. I am also 27 weeks along with my second child. I would suggest getting at least a 30 minute massage, specifically one who knows myofascial release. Make sure the therapist you find is an LMT and has at least at couple years under their belt. Many chiropractic offices and physical therapists employ or refer out to a massage therapist they trust. You might also try adding a magnesium suppliment to your daily vitamins. This will help with muscle injuries and cramps that are common throughout your pregnancy.

I would see a chiropractor. A plus for chiropractic care other than your neck is it helps labor and delivery progress easier when it happens.
I've had that a few times and I believe it's a pulled/strained muscle
