Quit smoking help

I'm now pregnant with my 3rd child. My last one was 13 yrs ago. My other pregnancies I was much younger and able to quit within a couple weeks if knowing. This time I'm 14 weeks and still struggling to quit. Me losing my job 3 weeks ago hasn't helped. Now I'm always home without distraction,  so I find myself smoking more. I want to quit!  I've tried gum, nicorette, cough drops,  and e-cigs.  I get more than your typical angry or irritable without a cigarette.  I become actually violent. Enough to say I've never forgiven myself over things I had done when trying to quit before. I want a healthy baby. I need suggestions if anyone can help.

There is this book called "easy way to stop smoking" By Allen Carr's
Very small and easy to read.
I know numerous people who have read it and found it very easy to quit by time they were finished the book .
Try looking into this.
Hope it helps.
Best of luck

Keep trying to cut back. One less per day. One day at a time. You want to do better and I'm confident you will.

My doctor didn't seem very concerned either. He basically said it was normal since I'm going through withdrawals of having to quit all my medications, but that answer wasn't good enough for me. I'm feeling like a terrible person.
