Rh - negative

29 weeks along FTM Tomorrow I go in to receive my first dosage of the RH antibody shot, since I'm O- and that makes me RH-negative .  I am not afraid of needles, but I am afraid of side affects. Has anyone had this shot before any thing I should be aware out worried about.

The injection burns pretty bad when you're getting it and it hurt for a few days afterwards but I didn't notice any side effects other than the slight discomfort..

I had a weird sharp pain in my back for a couple of days after and was VERY sleepy for a couple of days. But that's the only bad symptoms I had and they were manageable. dont worry too much about it, most women don't have any side effects. I'm particularly sensitive to vaccinations.
