Just an fyi

I am new to this. Dont have a question yet but wanted to share how I just found out I am pregnant. My period usually comes every 4-5 weeks. One monday (what would have been 5 weeks from my last period) I was cleaning out my bathroom closet. Found an old expired test so I took it... When I read the results I dropped the test. Never expected it to be positive... So for the next two days I googled as much as I could about expired tests. Then friday after I got paid I went and got another test... Thing turned positive so fast. So here I am a 34 year old mother of 2 (son is 13 and daughter is almost 8) and I am about to start all over... I am so nervous...

Last year at 33 I started over. I had a 14 and almost 13 year old sons. I had just remarried a man with no kids. We decided to get started on that right away. We had a son in March and then had one weak moment during my 6 weeks after baby. I was pregnant again at my 6 week checkup. We are having a baby girl in February just 5 weeks before my youngest sons first birthday. The older brothers are a tremendous help with the baby. That's definitely a benefit of having the big age gap.

I want to thank everyone for all the positive things you have had to say. Makes me feel a lil more relaxed. Nite if I could get past the first couple weeks and over the fear of miscarriage that would be great. I have lost 3 pregnancies in my past :-(

Congratulations I know that surprise feeling for sure. I'm 33 with a son that just turned 10 last week. My guy and I have been together for almost 4 years and he has no kids and I figured that I was done. But I got proven wrong when I went to the gyn in July for a coloposcopy and the doctor doing the exam asked the nurse had they did a pregnancy test on me before she started doing her exam and the nurse's reply had me on stupid. The nurse said "yes she's pregnant" I said "I'm sorry I think I heard you wrong you said not first right" "no you're pregnant" "I'm sorry my ears aren't working correctly today you said not first right" "no you are pregnant!" I was stuck at surprised, happy and confused all at the same time. At that point I was 5 week 5 days now I'm 23 weeks 4 days due in April with prince number 2. So I can understand the situation but I do know that God doesn't make mistakes so I'm happy for my blessing even though being pregnant in my 30s is proving to be more interesting than it was in my 20s. Good luck and everything will be fine

We haven't told anyone except my friend that I am pregnant. My kids are not my boyfriend's kits and he doesn't have any. But my family thinks I should be done bc I have one of each. We only had sex without a condom once. I know it only takes once but never thought it would happen to me bc I had fertility issues and took. Clomid to get pregnant with my daughter

My husband and I tried for a boy lmao. We're currently pregnant with our 5th girl. We never got a boy. The funny thing is when we had our first baby we were told ag 20 weeks that she was a boy. Then found out at 24 weeks she was a girl. 4 babies later we were sure to have a boy.....God said no lol

Hi!
I'm 34 yo. I have a 16 yo daughter. I remarried last year and since hubby never had kids we decided to try and here we are! i was so excited but also scared! We are having a girl so now the plan is to try again for the boy next year lol. All I can say is, this pregnancy feels like I was never pregnant again! My body was younger back then so I felt nothing.. Different story now lol
I wish you and your family the best!
