Second Pregnancy

Is your second pregnancy as easy as they say after your first? I just found out I was pregnant a few days ago and my husband and I are excited but lately I've been getting tired trying to keep up with my 1 year old (21months) and I want to know what I can do to boost my energy now that coffee is a no go anymore. Help?

I have a 3 year old, will just turn 4 by the time baby is here, i'm 8 weeks and do not remember my first pregnancy being this bad! How did I deal with 3 months of sickness last time I will never know, thankfully my OH has been super supportive. Just need to work on not crying at baby adverts now.

I'm almost 10 weeks with #2 and have a 3.5 year old. This one is way worse so far. My son was a breeze. I slept all the time and ate. This time, I have constant nausea, unintentional weight loss, diahrrea and even more exhaustion.

Every pregnancy is different! My first one was AWFUL... I had everything from constant nausea and committing throughout the whole pregnancy, heart burn, leg and back pain, insomnia, mood swings from hell, and so on. This pregnancy has been so wonderful! I have definitely been more tired this time, but other than that and a little nausea at the beginning, its been a piece of cake. Some days I almost forget I'm pregnant. :-D

My first was easier too. I'm 18 weeks and am finally getting my energy and appetite back. I was so sick for the first 16 weeks. I was never this sick with my first. But it's ok. Major sickness means baby is more healthy, so that kinda makes it better. I hope you feel better soon.
I wonder if Ginsing is ok to take while prego. That's supposed to give you energy.
