Seeking medical attention

So I'm 17 weeks pregnant. This is my second child. I have been throwing up all day today. It was extremely hard for me to even eat this morning because how nauseous I was. The doctor gave me Zofran but sometimes I throw that up too. What should I do? Should I go to the emergency room?

I had extreme morning sickness for 3 months and zofran didn't work... I was on peppermint tea and pretzels for almost that whole time... it's a good idea to go to the ER tho too cause you don't want the nausea to effect your baby's growth... good luck!

I wouldn't go to the ER until you've been throwing up for 24 hours straight with a fever. And I'm pregnant as well and I took zofran at the beginning and my child is fine. I do recommend getting a second opinion because of the reviews that are going on but don't stress that you've been taking it.

I think you should go to the ER & also get a second opinion on taking the Zofran. I've seen on TV that it could cause birth defects. I hope everything turns out ok!
