Other ways to keep myself hydrated besides water.

Everytime I drink water it taste like metal & I don't like it at all. I still drink my gallon or two a day even though I hate the taste but is there any other way to keep myself hydrated (36wks4days)

Have you tried putting lemon or cucumber in your water? I also put a drop of peppermint essential oil (get the good stuff, the food grade kind) in my water

Oh my goodness i thought i was crazy when i thought water had a metal taste to it ...lol
Im really interested to learn about everyone else! :)

I do agree with lionebby3 smart water is great or cold dasni! I have ic in my bladder and preg with my 4th...(9 more weeks 2 go)! But i can't drink tap or anything that has that metal taste.!
It irritates the bladder so bad!
So that doesn't work out being athletic. ..lol

I personally like to alternate with the smart or dasni
add some diluted sugar free crystal light now and then or use sparkling crystal gyser sugar free lemon at night or something.
Only sparkling water @ night for myself tho.
Only to be careful of is sodium

I have this same problem. I've never been much of a water drinker. And now being pregnant,  I hate the taste. Try an infuser water bottle. My husband got me one and it has been a god send! I add strawberries,  blueberries,  lemon, cucumbers... whatever I'm in the mood for. It transforms that icky water into something delicious! Even if you just add some lemon to your water,  it will help tremendously.  Best of luck to you :)

I'm 19weeks pregnant and I am not that fun of water either. But I have learned to put my favorite fruit in my water or lemons for a little taste. It has worked great for me so far. You both should try it,let me know if it helps.
