Should I fly?

35 weeks and 5 days. Plan to go to Chicago Friday because my mom lives there just to visit before I have the baby but my boyfriend is scared and telling me not to fly or go into labor there. I have an appointment on Thursday for my 36week check up I already have the tickets so should I just go?

Check with the airline because some have rules regarding pregnant women. I had a doctors note stating how far I was and that I was medically cleared to flu

As long as you are not considered high risk. It should be fine. I flew around 36 weeks and had no problems and got the ok from my dr.

You should get the ok from your doctor first, and maybe get a note too.

The airline may have rules against it too being that far along.

I would ask your doctor when you go for your check up. I know flying is safe I just don't know what the cut off is. So check with your doctor an go from there.
