Should i start counting kicks as soon as i turn 28 weeks?

I just turned 28 weeks today & I just wanted to know should I start counting kicks right away ? Or wait a day or two ? I have an appointment on Wednesday, so should I just wait til then and see what my doctor says?

I would wait to see what your dr says. If they haven't mentioned it before then they probably won't expect you to count yet.

How do you ladies stay moving? I'm only at week 9 but I feel so lathargic. I tried getting myself to work out but was  so tired after just a few squats. Before the pregnancy I was at the gym 5 days a week. Any advice?
