Wear a sports bra try heating pads and ice it will work honey trust I have four kids and I'm pregnant now and I know the feeling I'm going through it again now this will work but the worse hasn't arrived yet honey your breast is just getting ready for production of the milk and baby when you have the baby your breast is gonna be a lot worse so be prepared with the ice and heating pads

With my last pregnancy my nipples hurt so bad that I had to go buy some nipple cream. I used the cream and made sure I wore a bra all the time. Also I noticed the pain was worse when I was cold, so I tried to keep my breast warm. I've already got the cream ready for this pregnancy,  hoping I won't need it. Good luck!!

I'm 24 weeks and have got up to a D cup, but mine were the same exact way. My nipples still hurt sometimes when they get hard, but that's all. All the other hurting has went away. They don't even feel as heavy as they did before and mine were awful! Just give it time and it'll ease up.

Try applying an unscented moisturizing lotion, it should help with the itching. but, not really anything you can do about the sensitivity.
