Anyone else have very dry skin i cant stand how dry my hands are.they were never like this before i got pregnant lotion doesnt even help

Yes.  It's dry all over and some spots are flaky/scaly or prone to rashes.  I use a moisturizing fragrance free lotion daily. One that is good for eczema helps.  And some hydrocortisone when absolutely necessary. Try Cetaphil, Eucerin, AmLactin, Vanicream.

My whole body is dry. I use the yellow Vaseline cream. Helps a bit.

Yes! It's my whole body in general. I have to moisturize often.

Mine are also dry which is strange because they're usually just normal. I've been using a gardeners' hand cream they sell here in South Africa at a place called Crabtree & Evelyn. It works well for about 6 hours at a time. They also make a great waxy lip balm which helps out with dry lips from mouth breathing caused by congestion. Maybe you can also find an equivalent designed for gardeners' hands?
