OMG! I'm glad that I'm not alone on this.  I'm now 29 weeks and sleeps comfortably on my back at nights.  I don't do it on purpose but it feels comfortable than on my left side. I hope sleeping this way won't cause any harm.

I toss and turn every night and almost always end up on my back.. My drs have told me only if I'm uncomfortable then its a problem for baby. Which I have heard sleeping on your back bring less oxygen to baby. I try to stay off my back. But I dont think its to harmful a few hrs outta the night!
