It IS better, but anyway you sleep is pretty much Ok. The most important thing is that you sleep. I'm a tummy sleeper so once I got to where it was just generally uncomfortable to sleep that way I was kind of forced into sleeping in other positions, but sleep as you are must conferrable especially this early on. Your belly is not bug enough to impede any blood/ oxygen flow, and trust me your body will move you if it's time to move for your or baby's safety!
I sleep on either side honestly never had any problems
I have been. I've been told that for humans in general sleeping on your left side is best because it helps the lymph system to drain so I was doing it before I got knocked up
i start off on my left. then wake up on my right or my stomach. I'm 11wks so hopefully i get better about this. i work 40 hrs a week, try and home cook all my food and sometimes I'm too tired i just fall asleep anyway possible.
I mainly sleep on my left said because of the blood flow for the baby and I but I switch it up a little and sleep on the right side for a little bit then back to left I go and it helps.
