I got a body pillow and sleep half tummy half side with that, I put one leg up on the pillow to help support my belly...it's the only way I can be comfortable now.
Yes that the only way I sleep comfortable but since am pregnant I just av to get use to my side and use pillows to comfort me
I put a pillow kind of under my tummy and arm and I bend one leg up towards my chest so they both almost work as a prop so I kind of sleep half on my stomach and half on my side. I actually found this to be quite comfortable.
Im a tummy sleeper, to bad not right now lol but you can put pillows like between your legs under your belly and behind your back while sleeping on either your left or right side
