So much pain!

I'm in agony... 21 weeks pregnant with a respiratory infection that isn't pneumonia but might as well be from the cough... I'm on antibiotics and also bedrest but neither seem to be helping. And now I'm absolutely certain that I've strained an abdominal muscle. Every time I cough not only do I pee a little (thanks, weak-*** bladder) but I also cry out in pain. Tylenol doesn't touch the pain and there aren't any safe cough suppressants I can take. Feel like I'm gonna die. Patience is scarce. I can't think of any other ways to help this pass quicker. Help!

You can take regular Sudafed,  regular robitussin cough syrup, Tylenol cough and cold, and some throat lozenges (I recommend halls breezers or lumens because they are safe and taste awesome!) And for pulling muscles lace your fingers together like you would to give CPR and hold your abdomin when you cough so that your hands hold your muscles and they won't pull as easy. Hope this helps!
