So so itchy..

Im 34 weeks pregnant.. My feet are so itchy, i have tried rubbing creams, oils, and even benadryl and nothing seems to work they are not to swollen i had really skinny feet before i got pregnant so when i tell my husband or midwife they say they aren't swollen but trust me they are they just never saw my feet before this. So i guess they look normal to them. When i scratch white little bumps start popping up so i really dont know what to do anymore. Please help :'( im literally so tired of this ahh!!!!

I had itchy hands and feet with my first to the point I caused bleeding I scratched si hard, turns out I had obstetric coliostasis. Make sure you get checked for it, it is manageable but won't go away until baby is born, and you'll need monitoring. Best of luck, hope it goes away soon!
