bad blood flow...major headache?

Ok so i posted up on here before about having major headaches nd i got responses saying bcuz of our raging hormones its something that us preggo women have to deal with nd best treatment wud just be extra strength tylenol, etc.

I started this blistering headache yesterday afternoon nd went to sleep md woke up with it this morning. Cud it be bcuz of bad blood flow during the night while sleepn...bcuz i kno that its said,...for preggo women its best to lie on left side for circulation nd blood flow. Nd i remembered i was barely on that side last night.

What does everyone think?

I'vestruggled with headaches and migraines ask through my pregnancies. I take magnesium which helps tremendously, and talked to my dr ant other options. Tylenol is basically the only thing that you can take unless they area willing to give your a prescription for something. Magnesium though and plenty of water are two things that have helped me this time around.

I doubt it is from sleeping wrong.  Our bodies naturally defend themselves and if there was any restricted blood flow while sleeping, your body would make you move or shift around.  Don't worry about that part!  Drink extra water and hopefully you feel better soon!  :-(

It could be a variety of things. But one thing it could be also is high blood pressure. I called my doctor about the same problem and they ran some test. Test came back normal. Except I had a little protein in my urine. Tylenol doesn't work for crap. Hope that headache of yours goes away soon and you start feeling better.
