Spontaneous vs Induction
So this morning I started having stronger contractions around 4a.m. Painful but exciting because tomorrow I'm scheduled to be induced. But would rather go into spontaneous labor. Right now they're only 10-12 minutes apart and last anywhere from 45 seconds to a full minute. Hopefully I'll progress enough to head to the hospital.
Do squats, sit on an exercise ball, walk and stimulate your nipples to get it going faster.
I had both pf mine spontaneously, I've herd its better like that because you have the real pain and ur body is also doing its thing rather than having pain induced and hoping ur body is does its part. And Congrats your getting closer to meeting ur baby!
