Stomach bug :/

If you have gotten the stomach bug while pregnant, how did you stay hydrated? I'm 14 weeks pregnant and I have had this on and off for the 3 days. HELP!

I got sick like 3 or 4 times during my first pregnancy. I think being pregnant also made me more sensitive to this kind of stuff. One time it was so bad I was drenched with sweat and had stuff coming out both ends. Sorry, TMI!!

Water, pedialyte, gatorade, 7-up, gingerale (my favorite).

Instead of food, I cook 1 cup rice with 3 or 4 cups of water to make a bland and runny gruel. I eat that until my stomach feels better. Banana is good too. I added a hard boiled egg when I could feel myself getting better.

Since you've had it for 3 days already, I'd say that if it doesn't clear up in a couple more days and you feel dehydrated, do not hesitate to call your doc or take yourself to the ER. Better safe than sorry.

My doctor told me to just sit liquids and try jello and light food. My stomach hurts something awful and I have a fever. This is not fun lol. Thank you ladies

I just had a nasty 24 hour one like 2 days ago and I just forced liquids down because even if it's coming right back out, your baby and your body still needs it. My doctor told me to go to the ER to get an IV and I did so that helped too. I would call your doctor and ask what they suggest.

Drink water,  pedialyte, Gatorade or 7 up(this last one just helps to settle my stomach).  Prepare to puke it up,  then drink some more.
