Storing breast milk

Just a heads up for all of you ladies who plan on breast feeding and also pumping and storage. I got these numbers from the last Letche. Group when I was pregnant with my first.

5 hours at room temperature.
5 days in the refrigerator.
5 months in the freezer section.
12 months in deep freeze.

Get the storage bags from lansinol. After it gets cold in fridge lay flat in freezer once frozen put in deep freeze. They do sell nifty little storage containers where first in first out. Laying flat will increase storage space. Hope this helps.
