Try finding to ways to relieve your stress. Find an outlet. Depression and anxiety can weigh you down during your pregnancy. Have you talked to your dr? Many insurances offer free support to pregnant, new moms, nursing moms. Try to stay positive and when negative thoughts come to mind refer to whatever outlet you have chosen. Good luck!!

Yes,  stress throughout your whole pregnancy does affect your baby.

But when your baby is born,  into a stressful situation,  that affects the baby even more.

Have you now resolved the stressful situation you were living in,  and you will be bringing your baby into a peaceful situation?
