I went from 2 cm last week, to 3 cm this week. Even though it's not actually scientificly proven, I believe sex helped a little.  Even though I wasn't up for it I was willing to try it & I'm I'm 3!! Woot

Take a hot bath and stay in there for 30 mins or as long as you can. That worked for me! Hours later my water broke :) good luck
