Im 35 weeks and get mine done all the time this is my fourth pregnancy and I have never had a problem with them.
I wanted to get mii nails done so wen I go to the hospital I will look pretty but ppl was saying nails carry a lot of germs which is true but u have awhile to go so ..., enjoy
