TMI!!
So I just used the restroom (#2) and when i looked it was full of blood. I saw it when I wiped, but I just thought it was from pushing to hard or something. Should I be concerned? I'm not bleeding anymore only just then and it came from the back not the front.

Sounds like hemorrhoids or fissures. I would avoid pushing if I were you and just take your time otherwise going the bathroom can become really uncomfortable.
bright red usually means hemorrhoids or fissures but dark red or black can be more serious.
Take some stool softener and lots of water and when tell your doctor about it.
Well it could be hemarroids or if you were constipated that can cause some bleeding too. If it makes you feel better definitely ask the doctor.
Hemroids possibly. Normal in pregnancy. Call your doctor to let them know what happened though.
That definitely doesnt sound good. You should call your doctor about it.
