Temper
Has anybody else have a bad Temper when somebody say dumb stuff to them ?
I was put on low dose Zoloft for 2 months. Now I am off the Zoloft, we will see if the mood swings and temper return.
I tried that it works sometimes..but the thing that work the best for me is listening too music
Yes and I try to remind myself that it's just hormonal and I wouldn't normally flip my lid so easily
I flashed on a few people in the beginning of my pregnancy and then again when I started producing breast milk
it's not good for my baby or myself to feel so angry about dumb people saying dumb things so when I feel a little pissy I stay away from people
