My nephew who is 24 years old drove me crazy and up the wall. My mom said whoever get on ur nerves the most that's who baby will look like. I didn't believe her because my son father was darker than midnight. When I tell u my son is identical to my nephew he can be his dad. He has a lazy left eye, he left handed, he has the same missing hair patch in his head, they walk alike and talk the same. Lol its soooo weird. Not saying the folk tales are true but it surprised me. I told him leave me along for this pregnancy I don't need no more of my kids looking like you. He still aggravates my nerves lol

I'm always baffled at the things people say to pregnant women. I mean,  really?

BUT.  I do know this.  If you criticize (even in your brain) other parents before you have kids,  and say "my children will NEVER do that",  your children will do that in spades.  

So maybe, if you refuse to forgive someone for nearly a year,  the gods have a sense of humor and your baby will come out looking like that person.   Life has a way of humbling you.  It would be a funny practical joke for the fates to play on you,  wouldn't it,  if there was someone you keep nurturing hate for,  and then you had a baby who looked like that person?
