What happenes if you don't eat right when your expecting ?
I'm almost 3 months and I'm scared because my stomach is hardly growing , sadly I don't eat right because my family eat nothing but chunk food !

I ate like an absolute pig with my first! I was craving junk food constantly. Everything was fine, perfect pregnancy. He was small too so it's not like it made for a chunk baby either!

Well I was told it affects the mother health ,the baby could have a birth defect or it can cause premature labor. Because the baby depend . On the mother to survive and grow properly. Good luck and talk to your doctor for more advice.

Nothing major. I ate horrible with my first pregnancy I can say I noticed her eating habits today are bad. She was little too.

Very good question Im 5months and everyone tells me im small this my first pregnancy and I dont feel like Im eating right. And Im scared too..someone answer this so I could stop worrying!!!
