Thoughts?

Im 27 weeks pregnant with a baby GIRL., so they say. My ultrasound is very blurry and the tech kept calling her a "it" after she told me she was a girl. She had me empty my bladder after she revealed the gender because she couldnt see the organs and other things she needed to see. I requested another ultrasound and was told No, because if she said it is a girl then it is! I know this is an old wives tale but babys hear rate is 142 all the time and they say thats a sign of a boy. What should I do? Keep requesting for another ultra sound

I'm having a girl and her heart rate is 140. Its just a wives tail doesn't mean a thing plus if they could tell by the heart rate don't u think everyone would know as soon as they heard the heart beat the first time. It's okay I went through the same thing

The heart beat rate doesn't have any determination of the sex of the baby.

Some times insurance will only pay for a certain number of ultrasounds. It will cost, but maybe going to a place you pay for 3d ultrasounds and such might be a good idea. I am 25 weeks and they also told me I am having a girl. It looked pretty clear and the tech explained why she said it was a girl. So I am pretty sure with what she said but the heartbeat has been 142-145 every time so far.
