I was exhausted my first month of pregnancy. That and the nausea are what prompted me for a pregnancy test in the first place. Sleep as much as possible, try to eat healthy foods (trust me I know how hard that one is) and drink lots of water. It will ease up and become manageable. Also vitamin b6 works wonders and also helps w nausea. Best of luck!
I thought something was seriously wrong with me in my first trimester because ALL I wanted to do was sleep! But I guess it turns out that is normal and to be expected! And then I got a little energy back in my second trimester and now I'm in my third trimester and feeling exhausted again! I live in AZ though so I'm sure this heat isn't helping matters any!
Because I worked full time during my first trimester I was even more exhausted! I would day sleep as much as you can! I even accidentally feel asleep at work, relax and sleep and eat well
I will be 2months July 4th, as of today I've been having real bad lower back pain is that normal?
Just rest as much as possible and know that this part WILL pass. You'll feel better soon! Drink LOTS of water and try to eat small nutrition packed meals or snacks every few hours for fuel :)
I would rest as much as possible. Remember why you are doing this; for that precious gift at the end. It will all be worth it.
