I can't stand the show, I don't watch it because I don't like that most of the little girls look like they are adults. Especially now I was at a friends and they were watching it and the little girl was dressed too "sexy" for me. But my niece is in modeling, and that I feel is ok becaus she wears appropriate clothes and doesn't wear makeup. If I had a girl I would do the modeling thing but not patents..
Four years flew by. I'm sure you'll be able to notice what your daughter likes and dislikes, by this age they already have their own personality. Which is sometimes good..and sometimes bad lol
Oh that's not that old. Hopefully we'll be able to figure out from our little girl what she wants to do by then
She'll be four the endings of November.
How old is your daughter?
When they show interest in it @leximama. Like we have to literally tell my daughter not to walk on tip toes all the time and she always says "but I like walking with high heels"lol. And we also have to tell her there's a time and a place to act, if we don't she'll be acting all day. Plus now that she has a camera, she's been taking lots of self shots lol
Definitely how I feel about it haha not to mention how much some of these families spend.. But I don't want to make the wrong decision as far as extra curricular a go because that's a huge determination for their future
I wouldn't do it, it's ridiculous the amount of make up they put on them.. Tiny little adults.. no way lol
Yeah watching this show some moms take it to the extreme, which is probably what makes it so interesting to watch haha but good for you guys :) I don't know what I'm gonna want my daughter to do yet. How do you decide what to put them in before they're old enough to know for themselves?
I would but only if she wanted to and it wasnt high glits.
I personally would never put our daughter in pageants like that. That's just way too weird for us..especially since the kids look like adults lol. But we do have our daughter in modeling and acting and she loves it! :)
