Tomorrow will be a week

Hello everyone I was tested positive for chlamydia and was put on azithromycin, tomorrow will be a week since I have finished the antibiotic and it hasn't even touched the chlamydia I still have discharge and I'm red...what will they do next?  And if they can't get it gone by delivery time will I have a C section to prevent the baby from coming in contact with it?

Not sure about the c-section they might just give you a needle with antibiotics while your in labor? That's if you still have it.

Go back to your doc sounds like you've gotten thrush from the antibiotics,  even if you haven't and you still are infected then he will fix you again from there. Don't just leave it especially since you still have symptomsfof something out of whack. Goodluck.

Yes I took the meds as I was directed to and no I'm not having sex. I still have a milky discharge as well and if I still have the chlamydia during delivery will a c section keep the baby from coming in contact with it?

Could be a yeast infection from the meds. Antibiotics normally will cause yeast. Are you sfill active with partner(s)? You could be getting reinfected. Did you complete treatment as directed? If so Dr will give you stronger medicine.
