Trying to eat healthy for me and baby....

I try to eat healthy but as of late it has been a struggle. It's Always a battle when deciding what my family wants to eat and what I can't eat. My man eats fried food all the time and my daughter is a very picky eater so trying to stay on the healthy side of eating has been hard. What are some healthy meals you and your family like to eat? Please help! :)

I love beef stew but my family hates it lol. I do have a crock pot so I will try to give it more use. That's a great idea. Thank you!

Any time you cook at home it is better than eating out. I would try not to fry though. My dad is like that, he wants fried food and is pretty unhappy if we bake something that is meant to be fried. But for your picky daughter you could make baked chicken nuggets with rice instead of french fries. Or bake some potatoes instead of making french fries. Always try to have a veggie or salad on the plate. Canned or frozen veggies are quick and easy. A big bowl of turkey chili is a healthy way to get in some more veggies too while being a one pot meal! If you dont like turkey you can do half and half or a very lean ground beef. I like to use the crock pot a lot to make beef stew(try to find mrs dash seasoning) it doesnt have salt like some of the other packets that are overloaded with them. Every man likes meat and potatoes! Usually.. pinterest has a lot of good ideas for meals!
